By accessing or using the services provided by Kim’s Pest Control (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“customer,” “client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Service

Kim’s Pest Control provides pest inspection, extermination, and prevention services for residential and commercial clients. All services will be performed as outlined in the service agreement or estimate provided to the customer.

2. Service Appointments

Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property during scheduled appointments. Missed appointments without 24-hour prior notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or credit card. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Warranty and Guarantees

Service guarantees, if any, will be outlined in your individual service plan or invoice. Guarantee periods may vary depending on the pest treated and the type of service performed. Ongoing issues must be reported within the guarantee window to qualify for follow-up treatment.

5. Liability

Kim’s Pest Control is not liable for any damages resulting from conditions existing prior to service or for pest activity that results from structural deficiencies or customer negligence. Customers are responsible for following all safety precautions and instructions provided by our technicians.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are expected to:
• Remove pets and children from treated areas as advised.
• Provide accurate property access information.
• Follow all technician guidance regarding preparation or aftercare.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a service charge or refusal of future service.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including cases of unsafe conditions, non-payment, or customer misconduct.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
